Abstract
A VICA competition event in progress. Participants and judges are gathered inside a large indoor space on Redwood Campus. In the foreground, participants are assembling brick-and-mortar walls; in the background, participants are working on wooden frames, as for the wall of a house. Digitization completed with funds from a 2017 USHRAB (Utah State Historical Records Advisory Board) Grant that was awarded to Salt Lake Community College, Library Services.
